Here at SimCoach we have a range of different coaches. If you are looking to diversify your skills in one specific area worry not. We have GT3, LMP2 + GTP Specialists on board that can help you improve. Josh Benson, Andy Dawson, Paul Busby and Joshua G Wilson are part of the SimCoach Team.

Group sessions are run every Monday + Tuesday evenings from 7pm UK time, and where you will find all the coaches hanging out ready to help.

It does not matter about your current skill level, weather you are a complete beginner to a seasoned veteran on the track, there is always something to learn.

    Josh has real life racing experience + a lot of sim experience with a special interest in endurance racing and likes to share that knowledge in the GT3 + GTP areas.

    Andy Dawson (Effect Simulations) is one of the most prolific GT3 + LMP2 drivers the iRacing service has to offer. His experience in driving + setting up these cars is invaluable.

  • Paul Busby

    LMP2

    Paul Busby (Effect Simulations) is team-mate of Andy Dawson and has to offer some of the most incredible pace + consistency ever to be seen in an LMP2.

  • Joshua G Wilson

    LMP2 + GTP

    Joshua G Wilson (Effect Simulations) is another vastly experienced driver with exceptional knowledge in the GTP + LMP2 field. Joshua is also team-mate of Paul.

1X 3 Hour Session

There is a group session run at 7pm UK time every single week which is just a £10 entry with a 20 min race at the end to practice.

Book yourself a 1.5 hour lesson with Josh and dive into some details on techniques and improving overall pace at any track you specify.

With the intermediate package we will dive a little deeper into honing the skills in and finding those extra few tenths in your laptimes.

About SimCoach

SimCoach was started by Josh Benson in 2023. Josh is an ex racing driver and coach with a lot of experience in and out of the Sim.

Josh has always had a passion for helping people and seeing them succeed and has decided to take that passion into the sim racing scene. SimCoach started out with just one coach and have now expanded to 4 coaches all specialising in their own area.

SimCoach offers weekly group sessions on a Monday + Tuesday evenings 7pm UK GMT, with a bunch of great people and also to share the knowledge from some of the best + fastest people on the sim.

iRacing 1 on 1 Session

Being a 1k driver, and somewhat limited in experience, I really didn't know where to start on my own and essentially what to practice or where to focus most of my time when I'm behind the wheel.

You really identified what I needed to work on in short order with my steering input while breaking and a ramping into the throttle on exit. I could see gains quickly during the session and feel you've given me a great base to start with.

I'm looking forward to future sessions where I can start to look for 10ths instead of seconds. Thanks Again.

Basic + Pro Package

I got in contact with Josh at Sim Coaching with the sole aim too learn from not only a real life former Formula Ford racing driver and instructor but also a very accomplished sim racer from team BRT. Josh is very knowledgeable in the art of race craft and also has the ability too convey this to people in a simple and effective way using his real world experience in the virtual and competitive world of sim racing. I took the option of both basic and pro sessions where Josh ran through what equipment I had too gain an idea of what level I was at with some very good tips and tricks to sort my monitor and wheel and pedals out to give me the best feel with the kit I had. He then ran through a session with me guiding me through the laps with patience and without judgement, after which we had a break where he broke down where we could improve I managed to knock a lot of time off my laps and have become all round better sim driver now thanks to Josh.

Unlike many other sim racing coaching you really are getting the full package with experience from josh a great mentor and instructor i will defiantly be returning in the future all the best josh thanks very much for the help couldn't of asked for better tuition.
